Originally created into 2003 from the desire of the Barrett and Graham Families to invest in large scale and diversified commercial property with like minded investors. This was the start of GBG.

GBG has grown over the last 17 years by facilitating properties acquisitions from Wellington, Taranaki to the Waikato and managing more.

At GBG we collaborate with our stakeholders to find innovative solutions that create functional and efficient environments for our industrial, office and retail tenants.

This approach, combined with effective company management has allowed the GBG team to provide returns and properties shareholders are proud to own.

Our Team

Michael Graham

Director & Facilities Manager and Stakeholder Relations

Michael oversees all aspects of facilities and critical services in a commercial setting. He also handles stakeholder relations and people management for GBG joint venture companies.

Fleur Graham (B.Soc.Sci)

Director & General Manager

Fleur manages joint venture property company operations on behalf of shareholders, ensuring each company achieves its strategic and financial objectives.

Oliver Barnett (Ollie)

Director & Finance Manager

As a qualified chartered accountant, Ollie is relatively new to GBG, having previously spent 12 years in both public and corporate accounting roles, including working for KPMG. Most recently, he spent seven years launching and growing a commercial fit-out company in the Waikato.

Stevie Ransfield

Commercial Property Manager

Stevie covers contractor and tenant management, while maintaining properties and ensuring building compliance (with a special interest in Health and Safety).

Joanne Schlierke

Administrator

Joanna runs the day-to-day administration of all property companies, including accounts.
